Moza is privately operated for owner-authorized work. This website does not offer public signup or invite visitors to connect their Google accounts.
1. About this notice
This notice covers the use of information by Moza and its operator-managed Google-services integration, including local tools used to support authorized workflows. It also describes this public information website.
The account holder grants access to specific Google services. The operator separately determines which tasks and actions Moza may perform.
2. Google access and authorized use
Moza accesses Google-service information through Google APIs only within the permissions granted to the configured integration. Depending on the services and scopes enabled, this may include email content, attachments and metadata; files, documents and spreadsheet contents; calendar events and contacts; and related account information needed for an authorized task.
Uses may include finding and reading email, preparing correspondence, summarizing information and working with authorized documents or workflows. Drafting, sending or changing data requires the relevant technical permission and separate operator authorization. The actual Google consent screen identifies the access requested for the account.
3. Local tooling and configured providers
Local tools make authenticated requests to Google APIs. Information retrieved for a task may be processed by Moza’s configured AI providers or other connected services when those services are used to carry out the task.
This means retrieved information is not necessarily kept exclusively on the operator’s computer. The information sent to a provider and the provider’s processing and retention depend on the task, the operator’s configuration and the applicable service terms. 4. Records and retention
Task-related information may be retained in local working files, task records, logs or memory to support continuity, review and execution. Retention depends on the purpose of the record and the operator’s configuration; this notice does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period.
The operator manages retained local records separately from Google account access. Configured providers may maintain records under their own applicable policies. Contact the operator to ask about retained information, correction or deletion.
5. Credentials and control
OAuth credentials are kept in protected credential storage used by the local integration, rather than in this public website. They are used to authenticate authorized API requests and are not published with these pages.
The Google account holder can review or revoke the integration through Google Account third-party connections. Revocation prevents continued access under the revoked authorization. It does not automatically delete information already retained in local records or by configured services; those records must be managed separately.
6. This website
This is a static public information website hosted using Hostinger infrastructure. It does not provide Google login, receive OAuth tokens, display mailbox content or use analytics scripts, advertising trackers or signup forms.
The hosting provider may process ordinary web-request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. Choosing an email link opens your email application; information you send is handled as correspondence.
